11th-Howard & I went to S.S. Took Mary back to Chilli. in the evening. Went to Holiness meeting south of RR. Howard rode with us. Leona rode home from Chilli. with us. Drove John’s horse and Buggy. Howard is Frank Manfield’s 15 year-old brother, and Jen’s brother-in-law who lives in Chillicothe.

6th-Election Day, McKinley & Hobart elected. Missouri voted for Democratic nominee William Jennings Bryan, and in Livingston County, Bryan beat McKinley by less than 50%.
