17th, made hay. Old Charley & Jno Jewell pitched. Frank & I went to prayer meeting at Bro. Wombles. Sister Falconer led the meeting.
We still haven’t figured out who Old Charley is.
Sister Falconer is hard to pin down. There are no nearby Falconers listed in the 1900 federal census, barring misspellings. There are only three Falconer graves listed on findagrave.com, and they are all buried before this entry. Hattie Frost and Cora Lemon both married David Falconer after this entry, Hattie in November of 1900 and Cora in 1906.
